Shipping, Policies, & Contact Us

ORDERS:

If you have any questions regarding a product (size, weight, color, texture, pattern, etc) please email shoppe@perchinteriors.studio and we will be happy to assist you!

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be new, unused, tag intact, and packaged in original carton for a full refund to be considered. If an item is returned damaged, a refund will not be applied. Perch Interiors Shoppe will not be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen return in transit. It is the customers’ responsibility to return ship the package with insurance and tracking. Your purchase will be refunded within 5-7 days once Perch Interiors Shoppe has received the item, assuming the item qualifies for a refund. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Any orders placed outside of this time frame or on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

              Orders placed for in-stock inventory will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days. 

DAMAGES:

Unfortunately damages can occur in transit, and we are so sorry if this has happened to your order!  Please email us at shoppe@perchinteriors.studio with images of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible to issue a replacement when applicable or a refund for one-of-a-kind items. Please report damages within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. 

HEIRLOOM PRODUCTS:

Some of our products are antique, vintage, or heirloom pieces.  Due to this fact, there may be blemishes, small marks, or other imperfections on some of these items. This is what makes them a unique addition to your home! We love the character that these imperfections bring to a space. Antique, vintage, and natural items may have indentations, wear and scratches that may not be considered as damage.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether a refund is permitted. If approved, an automatic refund will go back to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.
